Myanmar Delight Special Tour Days / 07 Nights ( Mt-Victoria Tour Program )

Day 01: Arrival Yangon (D)

Arrive at Yangon Internation Airport (the main gateway to Myanmar). Welcome and transfer to hotel. Relax and sightseeing includes; Great Shwe Da Gon Pagoda (One of the wonder of the World and itself is a solid brick stupa (Buddhist reliquary) that is completely covered with gold. It rises 326 feet (99 m) on a hill. Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda, huge 72 metre Reclining Buddha Image. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 02: Yangon – Bagan ( B/L/D ) ( By Flight )

Breakfast at Hotel. Morning transfer to airport leave for Bagan by flight. Arrive at Nyaung Oo airport and and proceed to hotel. Then sightseeing includes: Nyaung Oo Market, Shwezigon Pagoda – the prototype for later Myanmar pagodas built by King Anawrahta, Ananda Temple – King Kyansittha’s masterpiece and the crowing achievement of the early style temple of architecture. Htilominlo Temple – the largest temples. Afternoon visit to Lacquer-ware making home cottage, Manuha Temple, Myinkaba Gubyaukgyi Temple – known for its wall paintings depicting scenes from the Jataka and Dhamanyangyi Temple. Evening sun-set view of Bagan from Buphaya or Shwesandaw Pagoda. Overnight at Hotel in Bagan.

Day 03: Bagan – Kanpletlet ( B/L/D )

Morning drive to Kanpetlet through Chauk City, across the Ayeyarwaddy Bridge. On arrival to Kanpletlet, visit to near villages, Oak Pho & Ma Kyauk Ah Village to see ways of life in the region. Drive up and overnight at Chin Village Resort.

Day 04: Kanpletlet – Mt. Victoria – Kanpletlet ( B/L/D )

Morning drive up to the 10 miles base camp for hiking to Mt. Victoria ( 3109m above sea level ). On the way to summit, some endemic floral and fauna are enjoyable. After hiking down from Mt. Victoria, continue driving to Mindet, a beautiful Chin Town observe which is 1481 m above sea level. Back to Kanpetlet after hiking to Mt. Victoria.

Day 05: Kanpletlet – Mindat ( B/L/D )

Morning drive to Mindet through Kanpetlet – Mindet road. Sightseeing around Mindet Town. Enroute visit to Aye camp where some Chin tribes are dwelling. Arrive to Mindet and visit to Panauk village to see their cultural houses and ways of life. Enjoy the performance of playing flute by nose of a Chin women. Overnight at a guest house in Mindet.

Day 06: Mindat – Bagan ( B/L/D )

Morning drive to Bagan through Mindet – Pakokku road. Arrive Kyunchaung jetty and across the other bank, watch sun set from z-craft.

Day 07: Bagan – Yangon ( B/L/D ) ( By Flight )

Breakfast at hotel. Morning transfer to airport back to Yangon by flight. Arrive at Yangon and transfer to hotel. Then sightseeing includes; Kaba Aye (World Peace) pagoda, Maha Pasana Cave, Buddha’s Tooth Relic Pagoda and Jade Factory, Sule Pagoda, the heart of Yangon City surrounded by memorable scene of various Colonial style buildings. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 08: Departure ( B )

Breakfast at hotel. If time allow, free time for shopping at Bogyoke Market ( formerly Scott’s Market ). Then transfer to Airport for departure.
